Pizza originated in Italy and now it has spread to other countries as well. Personally, I love the pepperoni pizza. It is yummy! September 5 is Cheese Pizza Day, and is a great reason to celebrate. Invite all your friends over and go out to eat cheese pizza or if you can, prepare cheese pizza at home. Add some topping of extra cheese to make your friends smile!

You will need: 3/4 egg whites, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 15-16 buttery round crackers, 2/3 cups chopped pecans, 1 container frozen whipped topping(thawed), 2-3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take a nine inch pie pan and grease it properly. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until it turns foamy. Now add sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract and beat in smoothly until it thickens.

Now crush the crackers and add these crackers and pecans into this mixture. Pour into the pie pan. Bake in the preheated oven for over 30 mins. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve them with covering the pies with whipped topping and place strawberry slices on top.

It's going to be party time this month! August is being celebrated as the Smile Month, and so I'm all set to enjoy with my dear friends. I have intimated everyone about this in advance. We have planned to organize separate fun parties in everyone's home in the weekends. Food will be home cooked and we're gonna play all sorts of wacky and fun games. We'll watch movies on DVD and engage in a lot of fun and jokes. When friends get together, time flies like seconds and takes away all our worries. There's something deeply embedded in our hearts, when it comes to friendship; an invisible chemistry that binds two people together. What is friendship? It's a million dollar question!
