You will need: 3/4 egg whites, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 15-16 buttery round crackers, 2/3 cups chopped pecans, 1 container frozen whipped topping(thawed), 2-3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take a nine inch pie pan and grease it properly. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until it turns foamy. Now add sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract and beat in smoothly until it thickens.
Now crush the crackers and add these crackers and pecans into this mixture. Pour into the pie pan. Bake in the preheated oven for over 30 mins. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve them with covering the pies with whipped topping and place strawberry slices on top.
